IAF Consulting Pty Ltd helps Australian organisations meet their payroll and workplace obligations, and helps enterprises and system integrators deliver SAP programs with the people and assurance they need.
IAF Consulting was founded by Imran Ali Siddiqui, who has spent more than twenty years delivering enterprise SAP HR, payroll and finance transformation for large enterprise and public-sector organisations. That career was built inside tier-1 consulting environments, on complex programs where regulation, payroll accuracy and immovable go-live dates all had to be satisfied at once.
The firm exists because those two pressures are really the same problem. A payroll cut-off and a go-live date both punish imprecision, and both reward organisations that prepare early. IAF Consulting brings the discipline of large-program delivery to Australian employers facing regulatory change, and to enterprises and system integrators who need SAP capability at short notice.
Our mission is simple: make compliance and technical delivery predictable. We do that through two connected service lines — Compliance Solutions and SAP Services — supported by our strategic partners, Global Supernova and TransVare.

Leadership
Imran Ali Siddiqui — Founder
Imran specialises in SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture — Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding — alongside broader SAP HCM and Finance landscape experience.
His named delivery experience includes Australia Post, a Government Business Enterprise with more than 60,000 employees, where he worked on HCM modernisation, payroll replacement and finance forecasting architecture; and Watco, an international transportation and logistics business that is also the subject of a published Global Supernova case study. Prior delivery work spans Coles, BHP, Metro Trains, Yarra Trams, AusNet, Australian Unity and IOOF.

Our partners
Global Supernova & TransVare
Global Supernova is IAF Consulting's strategic SAP delivery partner — a multi-country consultancy with a presence across the USA, Saudi Arabia and the UK, and Australia-facing delivery through their Pakistan-based team. That gives us a blended onshore/offshore model with real working-hours overlap.
TransVare Corporation is our GRC technology partner. IAF Consulting is authorised to sell TransVare products in Australia, and founder Imran Ali Siddiqui is a director of TransVare, leading Australian sales for the full product suite.
